INTEL MAY BE OUT

The world�s largest computer chip manufacturing firm, Intel, is demanding an urgent answer from Israel as regards possible government investment in a $2-3 billion factory it is considering building here. If no answer is forthcoming soon, the firm says it will go overseas. Intel has a $1.6 billion factory in Kiryat Gat, and development centers in Haifa and Jerusalem.
